Spring cooking

I have to say that overall I was a little disappointed in the spring recipes. There were only a few that really impressed me, some I didn't like at all, and the rest were just alright. I did really LOVE the Salmon as a Gift recipe and highly recommend it!!



I'm hoping that the summer recipes will be more impressive!
